2 Corinthians 2:14 (KJV)
"Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every place"
What are you grateful for today? Some people would love to have what you have. They would love to have your health. They would love to have your family because theirs is gone. Be thankful for who you have and what you have. You are blessed to be alive. You may desire more, yet the truth is you could easily have less.
Moments like these give you a glimpse of how life should be lived--with an utmost attitude of gratitude. There's not a better way to live! There's no better perspective on whatever you experience than thankfulness. When you are thankful, you make God known in the earth. When you are thankful, you will always be reminded of the goodness of God, no matter what comes.
Your attitude will determine your altitude. If you are grateful for Him in everything, no matter where you are in your life, you will always see God in it, see God is working on your behalf, and knowing when the dust settles, you'll have something else to thank Him for.
Prayer: Father, You have done so much in my life! Help me to have an attitude of gratitude today. Thank You that I'm alive. I'm grateful for every victory, every blessing, every gift, every family member, and every instrumental person You've used to help me in my life. I pray for those that don't have their family and loved ones. Give them comfort and strength. I choose not to take anything for granted. I will praise You, see You in it all, and be thankful. In Jesus' name, Amen!
